Rental Agreement - Warrenton Vacation Rentals

AGREEMENT

Rules, Regulations and Policies for Supers’ Vacation Rentals

(This includes all properties located in Fauquier County Virginia)

 

  1. Check in time is 4PM EST (1600hrs) and check out is 11:00 AM (1100hrs) No early check ins without prior approval.
  • This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence and you must depart the premises as agreed or extra fees may be assessed.
  • This is a NON-SMOKING Venue. Ash trays are provided on the deck and patios and around the firepits. If guests have smoked in the premises and a cleaning carpet or upholstery and windows treatments is required the guest will be required to pay the total amount of the cleaning invoice.
  • Small pets are permitted if prior arrangements and requests have been made. There is a $75.00 fee per pet per night for cleaning and sanitizing the premises.
  • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate eviction. Any outdoor loud music must be terminated by 10:00 pm
  • There is a damage deposit required for all properties and you will be required to provide a

credit card number to cover any damages found after departing the premises. If all the following terms and conditions have been met you will not be charged a damage fee.

A             No damage is done to the home or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. B                 Prior to your departure, all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the provided trash cans and all soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. The house is locked using the provided keypad installed on the entry doors.

  • No linens or towels are damaged or removed from the premises
  • No early check in or late checkouts resulting in additional charges from the maid service and cleaning crews.
  • The renter (Tenant) and their guests have not been evicted by the owner or their representative or any law enforcement agency.
  • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets’ stains, smoking odors, or collection of rents, services or private events charges rendered during the stay.

PAYMENTS- Payments may be made by check, credit or debit cards and made payable to: “Supen’s VRBO”. This Agreement is null and void if not signed and returned within 10 business days. All properties are subject to online “instant booking” and therefore until deposit payments are received the property will not be removed from the on-line booking system(s).

All deposits are required to be made at time of reservation and final payment(s) are due and payable 30 days before check in arrival date.. If a personal or company check is returned by your bank for any reason including non-sufficient funds (*NSF), there will be a charge of the amount debited by the clearing bank.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you cancel more than Sixty (60) days before check-in, your deposit will be returned less any bank charges or fees for credit card processing. If you cancel less than Thirty (30) before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival(s) of any guests or early departure of any guests for any reason. No refunds are made sue to storms, road conditions or your inability to travel.

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you anticipate any of the above conditions may occur during your requested reservation period.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests is limited to 15 guests in the Cottage and 22 in the Cape Cod unless prior permission is approved. If more guests are found to be occupying the rented property, a charge of $50.00 per person per night will be made to your credit card or form of payment and The Agreement MAY BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND.

 

EVENTS AND PARTIES

Events and parties are permitted without prior approval and payment of fees required for additional cleaning and yard and grounds work and additional wear and tear.

Up to Thirty (30) total guests including those sleeping over in the property will be assessed a total fee of $400.00 for the entire stay.

Groups of thirty (30) to Fifty (50) will be assessed a total fee of $600.00 for the entire stay.

Wedding fee is $1000.00 …No exceptions…This includes parking and use of the property inside and outside during the entire reservation period.

INCLUSIVE FEES- Rates include a one-time linen/towel set-up. Owner shall provide utilities, furniture, fixtures, linens, and towels.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE(S). Lines, bath towels are provided for guests. No daily maid service is included in the rental rate. No towels or lines may be taken from the premises.

RATE CHANGES-Rates and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Rates may be check by going to “wvr365.com” or calling 703-930-8812 for special rates or request. Rates are confirmed and locked one deposits are made and accepted and the property is blocked for availability from on- line instant booking apps.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and the guests may be prohibited from check in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

PETS- Small pets are permitted if prior arrangements are made. There is a charge of $75.00 per pet per night to cover additional costs of cleaning and odor and stain removed from the premises.

LIABILITY-Owner shall not be liable to Guests or Tenants guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any persons or property on or about the properties. Tenant shall hold owner harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury, or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any party of the premises, parking lot or community and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Tenant, their guests, licenses or invitees.

By signing this document, I (we) agree to the terms and conditions stated above and certify that I (we will be held responsible for the care of this property being rented under my name. I (we) accept full responsibility for damages or extra cleaning charge, should they be discovered during or after departure. …Now please sign The Agreement, relax and safe travels and may you have a wonderful stay.
